Watt-R nog ontbrak aan mijn paincave? Deze cooling spray van Dynamic! Ik twijfelde of het mij echt zou helpen afkoelen. Je zou zeggen dat je in de koude wintermaanden geen afkoeling meer nodig hebt, maar trap maar eens de Alpe du Zwift op en je denkt er wel anders over. Ik heb het soms bloedheet tijdens mijn indoor trainingen. Een ventilator doet al iets, maar blaast geen hele koude lucht. Als ik bij mijn setup de Watt-R spray zet, dan kan ik af en toe deze extra gebruiken om mezelf extra af te koelen. Tip van flip: zet 'm in de koelkast voor je training, dan geeft het echt een verkoelend effect, heerlijk!
